For the fifth year in a row, Essencia, as a marketing agency for the construction sector, has carried out a quantitative study of the renovation behaviour in Belgium.

The report will be available by the end of June and will provide you all the inputs required to sharpen your marketing and sales strategy.

Methodology
We shall survey the renovation behaviour in 2015 through a large-scale online survey on a representative sample of the Belgian population. Enquiries will be made with homeowners who had already repaired or reconstructed their homes in 2015, about the materials used, the brands, the purchase location, the top five assessment criteria, etc. 

The survey shall cover the following segments:
  • Façade and façade cladding
  • Insulation
  • Roof covering
  • Interior walls
  • Bathroom
  • Skylights
  • Switches, wall sockets and electrical cables
  • Windows and doors
  • Home automation
  • Heating installation and elements
  • ...
